performance level. The engines are assembled in Hi-Tech plant with Poke Yoke system
in conditioned, dust and humidity & pollution free environment. The Engines
* The engines ore fitted with highest quality EPDM hoses (used in C & D class
of cars), they have a life span of more than 5 years
* The gaskets are with Nitrile beading making it zero leakage ensuring that there
are NO ugly spots on the floor where the D G sets are kept.
* The water pump is fitted with a unique water pump with imported unitized seal,
which ensures NO leakage from the pump. * The engines are fitted with plateau honed
wet liners which ensures that the entire engine repair / assembly can be completed
within two hours at the site.
* The piston rings used are ceramic coated which ensures NO top up of engine oil
in between two services.
* The water-cooled engines have a high 85% mechanical efficiency and 38% thermal
efficiency.
* The engines have a high bock up torque with very low / no duration effect.
* The air filter is three stage - Pre Cleaner + Oil Both + Dry type. This ensures
dust free air to the engine even in dusty conditions thereby ensuring longer periods
between overhauls.
* Low SFC of 157 gm/bhp/hr thereby a reduced cost of running.
* The engine is highly efficient with much lower strokes leading to lesser piston
travel, which converts to much lesser wear & tear of critical ports. DG Sets

* The Mahindra engine powered D G set is probably the smallest, most compact &
lightest in its category.
* The Mahindra engine produces the least amount of noise level in its range. The
30 kva engine produces only 92 dbA at 1 meter distance (without a silencer or acoustic
enclosure). In comparison of 96 to 100 dbA 01 most other engines. That translates
to about 50% lesser sound level. * Class A 1 governing of the engine permits 100%
block loading of the D G set immediately on start up another unique feature of the
Mahindra engine, which sets it a doss apart from the rest.
* Its low weight and compact size makes the Mahindra engine powered D G set ideal
for rooftop installations but ONE thing that really puts it in a different class
is the fact that it has a very low level of vibration at less than 1.2 micron it
is almost eight times Lesser than the competition.
* The Mahindra engine powered DG set is a zero leakage D G set.
* The warranty of the engine is comprehensive; there are no hidden clauses and exclusions.
